Terms

Terms of Service

Using NixMX means you agree to the terms below. Please pay special attention to the sections on non-recoverable temporary addresses, choosing a long-term account, and prohibited uses.

Short-term tool

Disposable inboxes have a defined lifespan. We do not guarantee that addresses, emails, or attachments will remain available permanently.

Lawful use

Only receive messages you are authorized to receive. Do not use the tool to evade the law or platform security controls.

Use your judgment

Choose an address you can access over time for important accounts, and keep necessary records independently.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and comply with the laws where you live, as well as the rules of the services you access. If you use NixMX on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service description

NixMX provides time-limited disposable inboxes and a dashboard for forwarding alias messages to a real email address. Features, quotas, domains, expiration periods, and availability may change for security, capacity, or compliance reasons. Demonstration emails shown on the site are for illustrating the interface only and do not represent actual delivery.

3. Accounts and access credentials

Temporary email tokens, email login codes, permanent access tokens, and two-step verification codes are sensitive credentials. Protect your devices and sessions, and never share tokens. Actions performed with valid credentials may be treated as actions of the account holder. If you notice unusual activity, sign out immediately and contact us.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service for fraud, phishing, harassment, threats, spam registrations, malicious automation, credential stuffing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, bypassing payment or access controls, impersonating others, disrupting system stability, or receiving communications you are not authorized to access. Do not probe interfaces, evade rate limits, claim addresses in bulk, resell access, or use the service to harm third parties.

5. Email content and third parties

Emails are sent by third parties, and NixMX does not endorse their accuracy or legality. You are responsible for checking senders, links, and attachments. A destination website may reject temporary domains; that is the other party’s policy. We do not guarantee that any address will work for a particular registration, verification code, or account recovery process.

6. Temporary data and backups

A temporary inbox may be unrecoverable after it expires or is destroyed. Do not use one for banking, healthcare, government services, essential work accounts, digital assets, order disputes, or anything you may need to recover in the future. You are responsible for promptly saving lawful and necessary content, and for the consequences of choosing the wrong address type.

7. Suspension and termination

To prevent abuse, protect our infrastructure, comply with the law, or respond to security incidents, we may limit requests, disable addresses, block senders, suspend accounts, or terminate access. In emergencies, we may act without prior notice. You can stop using the service by destroying temporary inboxes, deleting aliases, and signing out of the dashboard.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of every email, perfectly accurate spam detection, or that data will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions, rejected addresses, incorrect forwarding, lost content, or third-party emails.

9. Indemnity and limitation of liability

If a third party makes a claim arising from your unlawful use, handling of content, or violation of these terms, you are responsible to the extent permitted by law. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be handled under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes, governing rules, and contact

We may update these terms as features and legal requirements change, and will publish a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updates; if you disagree, stop using the service. For questions, email support@nixmx.com. Privacy practices are described separately in thePrivacy Policy.
